During this three-hour session, you’ll learn about making, coloring and mixing Royal Icing to the right consistency. We’ll use sprinkles, edible glitter and luster dust to give your cookies that extra something special for the holidays. We’ll make cookies shaped as ornaments, holly leaves/berries, mittens, trees and snowflakes. However, all designs are subject to change if a great cutter is found between now and the class date.
Class is 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Registration fee is $40.
Participants can also purchase an optional $35 take home starter kit. This kit includes the following:
1 lb bag of Royal Icing mix (only have to add water and mix)
1 bottle of Red Americolor food gel
1 bottle of Green Americolor food gel
1 bottle of white Americolor food gel
10 disposable icing bags
4 icing bag couplers
2 icing tips
1 8 oz squeeze bottle
1 6 oz squeeze bottle
1 small container of red edible glitter (aka disco dust)
1 ornament cookie cutter
