Hosted by FUMC Allen Adult Ministry

Join us for a day of respite to focus on our experiences of God’s claim upon us as chosen, holy, and beloved children.

Share a special time to reflect on God’s claim upon our lives to be agents of his love: called and gifted for God’s purposes in the world.

During this women’s only retreat, Certified Spiritual Director Tami Gallaway leads women from our extended community in faith in music, worship, prayer, self-reflection, and group discussion to remind us who we are as God’s beloved children and to discover how God might be calling us to love and serve in the world as holy people. We will share our stories as women of faith for the sake of claiming our identity in Christ and to encourage one another in our spiritual journeys.

You’ll be equipped to return to your families and churches more confident of God’s presence in your own lives, willing to articulate God’s blessings to others and aware of God’s calling and gifts so that you might cooperate in fulfilling God’s big dreams for the world in your own unique way.

$30 fee includes lunch, refreshments, a retreat journal, and child care (with reservation).
