Connections Band: Rhythm & Blues Review

Great Music For  A Great Cause

Join us for a FREE CONNECTIONS BAND CONCERT to benefit hurricane relief through the Rio Conference of the United Methodist Church. This Connections Concert features the great R&B music of the 1960s and 1970s, such as “Chain of Fools,” “Dock of the Bay,” Proud Mary,” and “Superstition.”

Connections, a unique cover-band that plays great music for a great cause, is led by United Methodist clergy from the Dallas area who love to rock out. That core is joined by dozens of musicians, who faithfully perform the great hits of classic rock.

Every show is free, but we take up a “love offering” for charity.
Connections has played almost 60 shows for tens of thousands of people and raised more than $300,000 for charity.

This event at the beautiful Performing Arts Center at Allen High School is FREE. The LOVE OFFERING to be collected will benefit fellow Texans impacted by Hurricane Harvey in August-September 2017.

This Connections Concert is hosted and sponsored by First United Methodist Church of Allen.
